Description of Goods and Services:
Automobex operates in the automotive spare parts industry, which sells new OEM and aftermarket products.
Delivery Policy:
Products are subject to availability. Once payment has been confirmed, orders will be shipped within 1 – 2 working days. Delivery will be confirmed through email. Please refer to the delivery policy page for more information. Delivery can be expected in 2- 7 Days, depending on the region, after the order is processed. Automobex Auto Parts is not held liable for any damage of goods in transport.
Pricing Policy:
Pricing is subject to availability and may differ from the price shown on screen, based on stock quantity and supplier availability.
Returns and Refund Policy:
The provision of goods and services by Automobex Auto Parts is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Automobex will refund the client in full within 1 – 2 working days, less the fee of shipping. (Once confirmed, funds can take up to 24-48 hours to reflect in your account once processed, due to banking timelines)
Goods will only be refunded if they are defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly. Electrical products cannot be returned. Please view the Returns and Refund Policy page for more information.
Customer Privacy Policy:
Automobex Auto Parts shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
Responsibility:
Automobex Auto Parts takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services, support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

Variation:
Automobex Auto Parts may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
